All prices showing on our website is in Australian AU$ currency.

Stock Availability

Every product in Hyosung Parts AU are available to be ordered in from Hyosung Korea and will be shipped directly from Korea after receiving your cleared payment. We will make prompt contact to our customers regarding to any unexpected delays.

Orders

We provide shipping free service for all orders within Australia.

Free delivery takes 14~21 days.

If a payment is made during a weekend or a national holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next following business working day.

Payment

Your payment can be made by bank deposit or by Paypal, accepting both Visa and Master card without having to be registered.

If you are willing to pay by bank deposit, you’ll have to inform us your payment along with your name and shipping address including your post code.

Returns and Exchange

Want to exchange your wrong purchased item? Please check if you agree to our policy and meet all criteria listed below.

It has not past more than 30 days from the date of item receivement
Has not been opened or fitted and is in brand new condition sealed with original packaging
Shipping fees are not refundable for the wrong purchased item
Shipping fees are chargeable to the exchanged item

If you have received an incorrect item from our shop, please contact us within 30 days. We will replace the item at no cost or offer a full refund for the purchase and shipment fee. After 30 days period, we take no responsibility of refunding the item.
